Voice Now Communications was designed to help hospitality clients achieve maximum sales while growing and retaining their customer base, all while aiming to provide an exceptional experience for both the client and their customers at all times. The owner, Veronica Ward, grew up just outside of Toronto and from a young age started working in the hospitality industry. Her first jobs included barista at Starbucks and hostess at an upscale bar and restaurant. By the time she was 18, Veronica started working as a bartender and waitress and simply adored working in the hospitality industry and making people’s day brighter through delicious food, great beverages, and friendly service. Over 12 years later, Veronica continues to help bars, restaurants, hotels, and other hospitality venues to engage and entertain clients in both the digital world and inside their establishments. She moved to Calgary in 2012 and is very passionate about living in such a beautiful, vibrant, energetic city.

Alongside more than a decade of hospitality experience, Veronica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Media Communications and a Diploma in Public Relations, specializing in Marketing. She continues to attend classes on Business and Marketing, has a certificate in AdWriting, and has attended Social Media Marketing World and The Digital Growth Agency Summit. She has held full time communications and marketing positions with Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment, The Calgary Sun, and Hotel Blackfoot. She started her marketing business with one small oil and gas client, but was motivated to start her own agency specializing in her passion–the hospitality industry. She continues to research and recruit the most affordable professionals and services to help support marketing efforts for hospitality professionals in both the U.S. and Canada.
